Registered Nurse - care coordination (Houston, TX)

Summit Maple Medical Group is a Houston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
