Registered Nurse - care coordination (Houston, TX)

Silverline North Pharma Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Houston. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
