Registered Nurse - care coordination (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quarry Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
