Registered Nurse - care coordination (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Early Learning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
