Registered Nurse - care coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Summit Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Honolulu producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
