Registered Nurse - care coordination (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Hartford producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
