Registered Nurse - care coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Grand Rapids producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on cleanroom operations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
