Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification.
