Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
