Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
