Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment.
