Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
