Registered Nurse - care coordination (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 472 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
