Registered Nurse - care coordination (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
