Registered Nurse - care coordination (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Summit Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
