Registered Nurse - care coordination (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
