Registered Nurse - care coordination (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
