Registered Nurse - care coordination (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Detroit. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
