Registered Nurse - care coordination (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Glen Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification.
