Registered Nurse - care coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
