Registered Nurse - care coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood North Learning Group is an education provider in Des Moines serving students and families. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
