Registered Nurse - care coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Des Moines caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
