Registered Nurse - care coordination (Denver, CO)

Cedar Ember Insurance is an insurance company in Denver with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
