Registered Nurse - care coordination (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lantern Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
