Registered Nurse - care coordination (Denver, CO)

Silverline North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
