Registered Nurse - care coordination (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Dallas. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
