Registered Nurse - care coordination (Dallas, TX)

Summit Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 350 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
