Registered Nurse - care coordination (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Dallas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
