Registered Nurse - care coordination (Columbus, OH)

Summit Haven Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care.
