Registered Nurse - care coordination (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Columbus. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
