Registered Nurse - care coordination (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Willow Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
