Registered Nurse - care coordination (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Columbus. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
