Registered Nurse - care coordination (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
