Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Colorado Springs producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
