Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Colorado Springs with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
