Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Medical Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
