Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Fox Early Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
