Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • BLS/ACLS certification.
