Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
