Registered Nurse - care coordination (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Iron Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
