Registered Nurse - care coordination (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
