Registered Nurse - care coordination (Chicago, IL)

Bright Summit Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification.
