Registered Nurse - care coordination (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
