Registered Nurse - care coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
