Registered Nurse - care coordination (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
