Registered Nurse - care coordination (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Timber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Charleston. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
