Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boston, MA)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Boston. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
