What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback.
