Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Boise. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
