Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boise, ID)

Bright Vista Insurance is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
